Over the 6-month co-op, you will get the opportunity to apply the skills you learned in the classroom with hands-on work experience. Our Co-Ops will get to network across the business to understand different perspectives at Bose. You'll connect with other Co-Ops and colleagues to grow your network for the future! Timeframe - Spring Co-op- Must be available July 13- December 18, 2026 THE ROLE We're looking for a Cloud, Automation & AI Co-op. This six month co op is a hands-on role on the Cloud & Automation Engineering team. You’ll ship real automation, improve our CI/CD and observability, and build a small but meaningful capability on AWS Bedrock. The goal is simple: reduce toil, speed delivery, and save money—while giving you genuine ownership and a great portfolio piece. Scope of Work: 1) Infrastructure as Code & Automation Migrate small services from Chef → Ansible (AAP) with modular roles and tests. Build Terraform modules for common patterns (ALB+ASG, EKS node group, VPC endpoints). Add policy‑as‑code checks (OPA/Conftest). 2) CI/CD & Platform Reusable GitHub Actions or Jenkins pipelines (plan/apply, unit/integration, SBOM, security scans). Pre-commit hooks and lint/test stages (ansible‑lint, tflint, tfsec). 3) Observability & Reliability Golden dashboards and alerts (Datadog/CloudWatch) plus simple SLOs. Health checks and runbooks; document operational readiness. 4) FinOps Tagging compliance, orphan resource cleanup, off-hours schedules for non-prod. A small cost dashboard and the top three savings recommendations. 5) AI on AWS Bedrock Build a lightweight GenAI MVP (ops Q&A on runbooks, ticket summaries, or cost tips). Guardrails: use Bedrock Guardrails, PII redaction, and prompt templates. LOCATION This role is hybrid, based in our Atlanta Hub office, three days in office minimum.
