About The Position

As a Senior AWS Cloud Architect, you know how to take advantage of Cloud capabilities. On our team of experts, you’ll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We need you to help us develop Cloud-based solutions to our customer’s toughest challenges. You’ll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS to design, define, develop, test, and debug Cloud solution components. You’ll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to build and manage container apps and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal AWS, and GCP labs, you’ll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients’ challenges, and you’ll partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or building new ones from scratch, you’ll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a cloud environment
  • Experience with DevOps methods and practices
  • Experience with Cloud development, migration, or implementation using AWS or GCP
  • Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI/ML
  • Experience with Identity Authentication and Authorization, including Single-Sign-On, SAML, or OpenID
  • Experience with Advanced Networking design and troubleshooting, including DNS, Routing, or Subnetting
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or Cloud formation, or Configuration as Code, including AWS SSM, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Knowledge of Ubuntu, RHEL, and Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification
  • AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification
