About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect to design and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure, particularly for AI workloads. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of public, private, and multi-cloud/hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and a proven track record of migrating on-premises applications and services to these platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of containerization, orchestration, and cloud governance best practices, as well as experience managing AI model consumption and costs. Strong scripting, automation, and networking skills are essential, along with expertise in Active Directory and server technologies.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years general technology experience.
  • 3+ years high-level cloud infrastructure design.
  • Extensive in-depth knowledge in public, private, and multi-cloud / hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and migrating on-premises application and services to those platforms.
  • Experience with containerization solutions and orchestration platforms, both on-premises and cloud based (Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, Amazon EKS, Google GKE).
  • Experience managing consumption, rate limits and cost controls for AI models.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for large scale data processing and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of templating and automation scripting, CI/CD such as Power-shell, Chef, Ansible, and Puppet, Terraform code.
  • Experience in implementing Cloud Governance best practices across Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN/SDWAN concepts as they relate to hybrid environments.
  • Experience with building and maintaining high-availability (>99%) environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft EntraID, Conditional Access Policy.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
