About The Position

The Cloud Administrator provides operational support across cloud environments, ensuring stable, secure, and well‑maintained infrastructure. This role focuses heavily on administering and operating the Turbot platform, supporting migrations, refining cloud environments, and coordinating O&M activities with system and project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience with Turbot (Security & Compliance Governance).
  • 6+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS operational tools and cloud compliance.
  • Current AWS or Azure certification (e.g., AWS CCP/CSA, AZ‑900, AZ‑104).
  • Experience with automation (Ansible, Git), Linux troubleshooting, networking, scripting, and systems administration.
  • Strong understanding of system administration fundamentals and secure environment practices.
  • Experience with Terraform and/or GraphQL.
  • US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Use automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, GraphQL, or similar.
  • Install, upgrade, configure, and operate the Turbot solution for AWS.
  • Configure and maintain core services including authentication, monitoring, security, and configuration management to support environment stand‑up and migrations.
  • Support deployment and configuration of monitoring tools for AWS/Azure across Windows and Linux.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts and gold images.
  • Report on infrastructure health and maintain production operations manuals (POMs).
  • Use enterprise cloud tools, CSP portals, and approved TRM tooling to support VA applications.
