About The Position
We are Nebraska Crossing and have over 70 different employers we will help you get a job with. This role is for a Clothing Sales Associate, available for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions. We are looking for energetic, trend-obsessed team members who want to get paid to talk about clothes, help shoppers find their perfect fit, and keep our store looking aesthetic.
Requirements
- Amazing energy and a love for talking to people.
- Knowledge of current trends and a good eye for putting outfits together.
- Willingness to hustle and stay on your feet.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends.
- No retail experience required; training will be provided if the candidate has the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet shoppers, engage with them, and help them style the perfect look.
- Keep the racks organized, the mannequins looking fresh, and the fitting rooms clear.
- Master the register to process transactions efficiently and keep the line moving.
