About The Position

The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving. This role involves utilizing the inventory management system to process merchandise, replenish the sales floor, and maintain backroom organization. The position also requires demonstrating exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system.
• Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system.
• Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
