About The Position

The Clothing Processing Outfitter is responsible for processing apparel shipments from receipt through stocking in the receiving area and on the sales floor. The role follows visual merchandising and MPS standards, uses inventory management systems, and supports replenishment, backroom organization, pricing, and signage. The position also involves unloading trucks as needed, maintaining an orderly work area, and providing a pleasant shopping experience through customer service. Work is performed under general supervision using established procedures, with occasional independent judgment to complete assignments and make recommendations about work procedures, policies, and practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required (0 years).
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices, including System Two, RF/Gizmo devices, and the Point of Sale register system.
• Ability to process and organize information, including plan-o-grams, visual guides, and merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reports and organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to use ladders and/or lifts as needed.
• Ability to regularly walk, stand, and perform computer work, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise shipments upon receipt according to Visual Merchandising and MPS standards, using the inventory management system.
• Systematically replenish merchandise on the sales floor according to Visual Merchandising standards and inventory system information.
• Stay informed about advertised sales to support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with merchandise pricing maintenance and signage.
• Keep the work area clean, neat, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Keep backstock merchandise organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure a pleasant shopping experience for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
