The position involves demonstrating inclusivity, a service culture, understanding sales growth impact, executing best practices, problem-solving across business areas, collaborating with leaders, supporting store operations, using business planning tools, achieving performance goals, evaluating candidates, supporting team onboarding, and holding team members accountable. As a key carrier, the role also includes following safe and secure training and processes, addressing emergency and compliance needs, and leading a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. This includes modeling and recognizing safe behaviors, identifying and correcting hazards, assisting with incident response, and supporting merchandise protection strategies and guest services like Order Pickup and Drive-Up.
