Closing Support Specialist
About The Position
This position supports a high-performing Business Development team member by assisting with real estate closings and managing key post-closing activities. You’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, professional experience for customers at the closing table and ensuring files are properly completed after closing. In this role, you’re not just behind the scenes - you’re part of the closing experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people but also takes pride in getting the details right after the deal is done. If you’re someone who likes to learn and take ownership, this role can grow with you over time.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented

- Organized and dependable with follow-through
- Able to stay calm and focused in a deadline-driven environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the real estate settlement and/or title insurance industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Help deliver smooth, efficient closings and ensure every file is handled with care from signing through post-closing
- Assist with conducting real estate closings (in-person and/or remote)
- Ensure all signed documents are complete and accurate
- Coordinate file handoff and support post-closing processes
- Assist with funding-related tasks, document delivery, and follow-up
- Support the Business Development team member with closing-related needs
- Travel locally to attend closings at various locations as needed
