About The Position

The Loan Closing Specialist is responsible for coding, posting, and preparing all documents necessary for closing loans. This role also involves distributing loans to appropriate locations, coordinating closings with necessary personnel, setting up VISA credit cards, performing balance transfers, and assisting front line staff and members with credit card related questions. Additionally, the specialist maintains files, answers and directs telephone calls, performs loan modifications, and audits all loan documents for accuracy. The successful candidate should have a general understanding of loan products and services, good communication skills, be able to operate computer applications, be well organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The position is located at the company's Headquarters in Dothan, AL.
