• Assist with conducting real estate closings (in-person and/or remote)
• Ensure all signed documents are complete and accurate
• Coordinate file handoff and support post-closing processes
• Assist with funding-related tasks, document delivery, and follow-up
• Support the Business Development team member with closing-related needs
• Travel locally to attend closings at various locations as needed
