About The Position

The Closing Specialist II will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the title closing department and function as a whole. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 an hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• One (1) plus year(s) of title, settlement services/escrow or mortgage experience.

Nice To Haves

• Refinance closing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete closing tasks as directed.
• Manage the closing package process.
• Provide coverage for closer pipeline overflow.
• Ensuring accurate and timely client communication throughout the closing process.
• Responsible for completing initial fee sheets and revising fee sheets as needed.
• Assist with managing the deed requests.
• Assist with scheduling of notary appointments as needed.
• Managing the applicable closing email in-boxes and ensuring timely responses are delivered.
• Provides feedback and details to management on any internal or external issues that could identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
