About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and working with ATS.
Full cycle recruiting experience from a large tech company.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience as a recruiting business partner or client lead.
Ability to handle high volume closing with at least 3+ years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
Experience as a former RBP or client lead.
Familiarity with CRM and related hiring systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong organization and operate effectively in ambiguity.
Perform tasks similar to recruitment coordination but at a higher level, requiring stronger stakeholder communication.
Navigate grey areas and independently drive clarity.
Conduct proactive check-ins with stakeholders to prevent surges and aging requisitions.
Investigate stalled requisitions and ensure forward progress.
Engage significantly with system work within CRM and related tools.
Manage 20–25 sites or 20–25 Slack channels.
Engage directly with L7 and L8 site leaders who have high expectations.
Escalate concerns professionally and appropriately.
