Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, friendliness, and ability to build rapport are required.
  • Must possess the ability to use telephone, computer, and other required technology.
  • Must be able to type.
  • Must possess the ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
  • Must have a sense of pride, integrity, courage, self-motivation, attention to detail, perseverance, follow-up skills, and dependability.
  • Must display a positive demeanor, professionalism, and desire to please potential and existing customers.
  • Must enjoy working independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience preferred in Customer Service, Real-estate Closing, or in a Call Center.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules Wood Infestation Reports and Visual inspections for service areas
  • Completes closing documents in a timely manner for Builder Partners, Realtors, and Closing Attorneys in the service areas.
  • Create and issue termite paperwork for closings
  • Build healthy relationships with Realtors and Closing Attorneys in the service areas
  • Take payments for services and makes proper adjustments/corrections when needed
  • Work closely with and handle scheduling for Service Professionals
  • Assist other Team Members
  • Assist with administrative duties in Service Center, including but limited to filing, bookkeeping, copying, faxing
  • Attend Waynes functions outside the office
  • Must be able to answer an average of 75 Inbound/ Outbound calls daily
  • Continually build relationships and promote excellent customer service, integrity, and professionalism within the center and community
  • Maintain open communication with Team Members and Team Leaders
  • Regular attendance at the Service Center and all required meetings
