About The Position

Crumbl is looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our closing crew! You'll help mix, bake, decorate, serve guests, and finish each night with a clean, organized store. This position is focused on closing shifts from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old
• Have reliable transportation to and from work-including transportation home after closing
• This active position requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Can consistently work from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Is available every Friday and Saturday
• Is dependable, positive, and ready to work
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Stays focused in a busy, high-energy environment
• Takes pride in leaving the store clean, organized, and ready for tomorrow

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare our rotating weekly flavors
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week's menu
• Take orders and process payments
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas
• Restock supplies and prepare the store for the next day
• Work with your teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently
