About The Position

McMichael & Gray, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our Coastal Georgia team as a travel closing attorney. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, high-performing team within a rapidly growing real estate law firm known for its exceptional culture, operational excellence, and long-standing client relationships across the Southeast. This position offers the opportunity to travel to existing offices along the Coastal areas of Georgia, with steady firm business already in place, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff while managing transactions at a high level. Requirements

Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Must live in or be willing to commute
Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when necessary (especially at month-end).

Responsibilities

Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
Collaborate closely with the Coastal region offices to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
Uphold McMichael & Gray's standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.
