Closet and Home Storage Lead Installer
About The Position
This role is for an experienced Installer who brings serious woodworking chops and an equally serious commitment to the client experience. You will work directly with the business owner and a motivated sales team to install custom design projects, bringing them to life in clients' homes. Day-to-day, you will execute in-home installations of custom spaces, ensuring precision fitting, clean finishing, and handing off a final product that genuinely wows the homeowner. This is not production-line work; every project and space is unique, and your installation skill and craftsmanship are the last, and most visible, part of the process. Requirements
- 3+ years of in-home installation experience
- Strong woodworking skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
Nice To Haves
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
- Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus
Responsibilities
- Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
