We are looking for a Senior Closer to take the commercial frontline of a company that transforms fashion retail in Brazil. We work with result-oriented governance and aim for a solid base of over 1,500 served and constantly evolving stores.

Requirements

• Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 anos como Closer
• Forte domínio de venda consultiva e SPIN
• Organização de agenda e disciplina de rotina
• Excelente comunicação e escuta ativa
• Responsabilidade pessoal (energia, rotina, compromissos)
• Ambição com ética — bater meta sem negociar caráter

Responsibilities

• Conduzir reuniões estratégicas de venda com leads qualificados
• Aplicar venda consultiva (SPIN Selling) com profundidade e clareza
• Realizar follow-ups estruturados
• Atualizar pipeline e indicadores no Pipedrive
• Organizar tarefas e comunicação interna via ClickUp
• Utilizar discadora para contatos estratégicos
• Preencher relatórios próprios e manter rotina comercial organizada
