About The Position

As a CLO Loan/Asset Administrator 1, you'll join a team within Global Corporate Trust that supports complex bond and structured finance portfolios for institutional investors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, solving problems, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring critical portfolio information is accurate. You'll work across multiple financial systems and reports to monitor portfolio activity, reconcile balances, forecast future payments, and support investor reporting. Requirements

  • Typically an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically less than two years of relevant work experience
  • This role requires working from a U.S Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile cash activity and balances across assigned bond and investment portfolios.
  • Review and research differences between projected and actual payments received.
  • Investigate discrepancies using financial reports, governing documents, and multiple internal and external resources.
  • Support investor reporting activities and ensure appropriate access to information.
  • Forecast future payments by analyzing balances, interest rates, payment schedules, and other financial data.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio records and documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding issues and partner with internal teams and external providers to resolve exceptions.
  • Navigate multiple systems and reports to ensure accurate and timely portfolio processing.
