About The Position

The Business Product Owner Advisor is a member of the technology vertical within the Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS) Operations Advancement team, supporting Evernorth and its businesses. This team is responsible for defining and delivering the strategic vision for the technology stack (tools and applications) utilized by business teams, such as Sales and Account Management, to power the client-buying journey. This role will work directly with frontline business users (internal clients) to understand their business processes and identify needs/requirements for the Allego platform within PBS technology stack. The successful candidate will provide platform support, manage user provisioning, and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Allego platform. This role will develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to facilitate issue resolution and remain informed of platform updates, enhancements, and new features. The Business Product Owner (BPO) will partner with training, technology, and software engineering teams to develop a roadmap and implement platform solutions and enhancements. This role represents the “voice of the customer.” The BPO will be responsible for managing and prioritizing incoming requests and the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on initiatives that maximize business value and deliver critical enhancements and functionality to customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 4+ years in a fast-paced SaaS, client services, or Product Owner role
  • Knowledge of agile methodology
  • Relationship management experience
  • Customer adoption experience
  • Facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building positive relationships
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organization skills
