Clipping Manager
About The Position
Blitzed is a crypto-first, degen-focused online casino. We are looking for an expert in clipping to drive massive viral campaigns on Instagram and other social platforms. This role will manage clipping with third parties and lead the development of an in-house clipping operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clipping, understand marketplaces and models, and be proficient in TikTok, X, Instagram, and Shorts. Experience in igaming, crypto, or sports betting is essential, as is the ability to build an operation from scratch and understand what content works and what doesn't.
Requirements
- Proven track record in clipping (agency-side, in-house, or scaled up from clipping yourself).
- Knowledge of marketplaces and models, agencies, and freelancers.
- Proficiency in TikTok, X, Instagram, and Shorts, and knowledge of what's currently working on them.
- Ability to build an operation from scratch.
- Experience in igaming, crypto, or sports betting.
- Understanding of what NOT to do and what doesn't work in content marketing.

- Build the plan to bring clipping fully in-house.

- Vet clippers.
- Brief clippers.
- Manage clipper payments.
- Implement quality control for clipping.
