About The Position

As a highly skilled advisor, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights customers. In partnership with a high-performing team, you will create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store consistently achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. This is a freelance role staffed at The Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, with Randstad acting as the employer of record.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
