About The Position

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a Clinician to join a strong team committed to empowering clients and their families. This role involves providing behavioral health and other community services across North Dakota and Minnesota. It's an opportunity to build a career while helping people.

Requirements

• Master's degree in the behavioral health field.
• Professional license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP).
• Accepting LGSW, LAMFT, LPC if working towards independent licensure.
• Accepting non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments that identify client's needs, risks and strengths.
• Establish strength-based treatment plans.
• Provide direct clinical services to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Maintain excellent case management standards.
