About The Position

Under general supervision and according to established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and professional guidelines, the Clinician delivers nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit 5A. The role collaborates and participates with the manager in unit operations and exercises independent judgment and advanced clinical skills. The Clinician plans and implements nursing care, documents nursing assessments, identifies and reports situations requiring intervention, formulates and communicates goals and directed plans of care, and assures patients’ rights. Job duties are performed in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• One year of experience in a clinical area.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
