About The Position

The Clinician provides advanced professional nursing care, using independent clinical judgment and advanced assessment skills to manage high-acuity patient populations. The position combines direct patient care with unit-level clinical leadership and supports care coordination, patient safety, and operational effectiveness. The Clinician collaborates with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure care delivery aligns with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or specialty clinical setting.
• Experience in a high-acuity environment such as trauma, critical care, emergency services, or a comparable setting.
