Role Overview You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy across our SUD/MH outpatient services (PHP, IOP).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Knowledge of ASAM, DSM-V, NJSAMS , & electronic health records
- Strong engagement, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW
- 2-3 years of experience in mental health & substance use treatment
Responsibilities
- Conducting biopsychosocial assessments & utilizing ASAM/LOCUS criteria
- Developing & updating individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with referral sources & community providers
- Maintaining strong clinical documentation
- Utilizing evidence-based therapies (CBT, MI, mindfulness, etc.)
