About The Position
Natural Support Services is seeking a qualified Clinician to complete assessments, provide clinical oversight, and support the development of Person Centered Plans (PCPs) for individuals receiving services. The Clinician will conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA), collaborate with program leadership, and support individuals with behavioral health and developmental needs. The Clinician works closely with program directors, program managers, and direct support staff to ensure services are aligned with each individual's treatment goals.
Requirements
- Licensed or provisionally licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.)
- Experience completing clinical assessments
- Experience working with behavioral health or developmental disability populations
- Strong documentation and assessment skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
