About The Position
Daybreak Health is seeking fully licensed California clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) to provide meaningful, high-quality teletherapy. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely, set your own schedule, and build a practice that fits your life. Daybreak Health partners with school districts and Kaiser Permanente to reach over a million students and is now extending therapy to adults. Clinicians receive a steady stream of referrals, a high caseload fill rate, and support services. The position involves building therapeutic relationships and providing evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients with mild-to-moderate mental health needs, with the option to work with youth and young adults (ages 11–24), adults (18–60), or a blend of both.
Requirements
- Fully licensed California clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
- Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California
- A genuine passion for mental health care, with a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice
- Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults
- Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships across age groups
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11–24 or 18–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs
- Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients
