About The Position

Clinicians play a vital role in supporting the successful reintegration of individuals into their communities by providing comprehensive behavioral health services. This position focuses on assessing emotional and behavioral needs, delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals and families, and coordinating care to ensure treatment plans align with clinical standards and program goals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, or related field required.
  • Current State Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
