Requirements

• Master's Degree and provisional licensure in Missouri.
• Valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and be insurable.
• Basic computer skills including Office 365 and an electronic medical record.

Responsibilities

• Be part of treatment team that helps individuals in recovery
• Provide consumer-driven substance use and mental health services (individual, group, and family therapy; skills and educational groups) to adults
• Promote the recovery model of treatment including harm-reduction, trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness and spirituality/connectedness.
• Refer and link clients to community resources.
• Provide services in the community as needed.
• Demonstrate skill building in evidence based practices such as trauma-informed care (TIC), development stages, Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET).
