River Oak is seeking a Clinician II to serve children, youth, and families in their community through the Flexible Integrated Treatment (FIT) Program. FIT serves infants, children, and youth ages 0–21 using a team-based treatment-planning approach. Clinicians assess the level and type of services needed and tailor care as treatment needs change, without interruption. Services may be provided in the home, at school, at River Oak office sites, or in the community to accommodate families. Treatment interventions include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as multiple evidence-based programs. The role may also provide hours toward licensure as an associate. River Oak describes equity, diversity, and inclusion as part of its people strategy and encourages culturally diverse and/or bilingual candidates to apply.
