Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of presence in Spokane, providing evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors with various behavioral health issues. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH is committed to client recovery and well-being. The Emergency/Transitional Team provides on-site support and intensive case management to Trueblood class members (TBCMs) – individuals with behavioral health needs involved in the criminal justice system – who are eligible for emergency and transitional housing, with the ultimate goal of obtaining permanent supportive housing. The Clinician I is a member of this multi-disciplinary team, which includes peers, a SUDP, and other clinical staff. This role focuses on outreach and engagement services for individuals involved with the forensic mental health system, working closely with other Trueblood Settlement Programs like Outpatient Competency Restoration, Forensic Navigators, and Trueblood Housing to locate, engage, and build rapport with eligible individuals, providing case management and housing support services. The team aims to leverage existing health and behavioral health benefits to enhance services for enrolled individuals.
