About The Position

Compass Health is seeking a Clinician I - Supported Employment Specialist to join our South PACT team, providing intensive, team-based behavioral health services to adults living with severe and persistent mental health conditions. PACT is a highly collaborative, community-based model designed to serve individuals with complex needs who have not benefited from traditional outpatient services. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through consistent outreach, relationship-building, and whole-person care.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/BSW degree in a Behavioral Science-related field
  • Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices or willingness to learn
  • Ability to meet Washington State requirements for an Agency Affiliated Counselor if not already licensed
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, which may include DSHS review
  • Must be at least 21 years of age by date of hire in order to complete Outreach with personal or agency vehicle, as required by Compass policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide recovery-oriented behavioral health services, including counseling, case management, and care coordination.
  • Partner with clients to develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans that promote recovery and independence.
  • Deliver services primarily through community-based outreach (homes, hospitals, shelters, jails, and other community settings).
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary PACT team, providing coordinated, team-based care.
  • Deliver services in alignment with PACT fidelity standards, including frequent client contact and high levels of outreach.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments, including risk evaluations and safety planning.
  • Support clients in accessing resources, building natural supports, and navigating multiple systems of care.
  • Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, medical providers, emergency services, and community agencies.
  • Facilitate group services and psychoeducation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and required trainings.
  • Provide daily outreach services in the community.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including crisis response.
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
  • Deliver services to a high-acuity population with complex, multi-system involvement.
