About The Position

The Clinician provides in-home and community-based support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs, including some who may be at risk of removal from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, the Clinician works closely with client families and the treatment team to deliver services in home and community settings. The position offers a high degree of independence and leadership, with the Clinician serving as team leader for each client’s treatment team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Active or pursuing Maine licensure as LCSW, LCPC, LMFTS, LMSW-cc, LCPCc, or LMFTc.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs in home and community settings.
• Provide counseling, supervision, and parent skill training.
• Work closely with client families and collaborate with the treatment team.
• Serve as the team leader for each client’s treatment team.
