Clinician - Adult Services - Brattleboro
About The Position
HCRS is seeking a dedicated Clinician for their Adult Services team. This role involves engaging with individuals and families during challenging times, conducting clinical assessments, and developing treatment plans to guide them towards wellness. Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of direct service experience
- Current Vermont License (LICSW, LCMHC, LADC, LMFT)
- Knowledge of mental health, substance use, social work and behavioral issues that impact an individual’s quality of life
- Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions, feedback, and exchanges
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments.
- Design treatment plans that target clearly identified treatment goals.
- Engage with individuals and families during significantly distressing periods of their lives.
- Work well with a team.
- Demonstrate flexibility when client, program, and/or agency needs require it.
