Clinician - Adult Services - Springfield
About The Position
HCRS is seeking a dedicated Clinician to join their Adult Services team in Springfield. This role involves engaging with individuals and families during distressing periods, conducting clinical assessments, and developing treatment plans to guide them towards wellness. HCRS is a team of committed clinicians and business leaders passionate about transforming the lives of those at risk, building integrated, multi-disciplinary teams to care for those receiving services, and striving for excellence with measurable improvements in clinical outcomes. The position is located in Vermont, offering a lower cost of living and access to various activities and amenities, with proximity to New Hampshire.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of direct service experience
- Current Vermont License (LICSW, LCMHC, LADC, LMFT)
- Knowledge of mental health, substance use, social work and behavioral issues that impact an individual’s quality of life
- Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions, feedback, and exchanges
Responsibilities
