Requirements
- DVM or VMD required; active Oregon veterinary license
- Strong surgical skills and comfort with a varied caseload
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Genuine passion for mission-driven work
Nice To Haves
- Experience in high-volume or emergency care settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and emergency treatment
- Oversee population health and preventative care initiatives
- Collaborate with staff on disease prevention and outbreak management
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor and support veterinary technicians and assistants
- Participate in community outreach and public education programs
