About The Position

As a key member of UniSC Clinical Trials, you’ll ensure all trial activities comply with ICH Good Clinical Practice, ethical protocols, UniSC Clinical Trials Standard Operating Procedures, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help drive high-quality, compliant research that makes a real impact. If you're passionate about clinical research excellence, we’d love to hear from you! Please note, this role requires flexibility to travel to different clinical trial sites as needed, and to work outside standard business hours to support confinement studies and other time-sensitive trial activities. You will also be required to participate in a 24/7 on-call or confinement roster.

Requirements

Degree qualification in Health Science/Bio-Medical Science or similar; or a certificate level qualification; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice highly regarded.
Exercise sound judgement, take initiative and solve problems, as required.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency with the Microsoft suite of tools and experience with software programs including databases.
Prior experience within a clinical research environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Clinical Trials Coordinator (CTC) and other clinical trials staff with all Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) approved protocol requirements across the clinical trial life cycle in accordance with appropriate training and experience.
Work collaboratively with the UniSC Clinical Trials (UniSC CT) team, sponsors and monitors to ensure high quality and safe conduct of clinical trials conducted by UniSC CT.
