As a Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative, you will play a critical role in connecting potential participants with groundbreaking clinical research studies that help bring new treatments to patients around the world.
Requirements
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, healthcare administration, scheduling, patient registration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens with potential study participants
- Explain study details, procedures, and requirements in a clear and professional manner
- Review questionnaires and assess initial study eligibility
- Schedule screening appointments for qualified participants
- Accurately document participant information within recruitment databases
- Return voicemail messages and respond to participant inquiries
- Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate next steps
- Collaborate with recruitment and clinical teams to meet study enrollment goals
- Maintain confidentiality and high standards of data accuracy
