As a Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative, you will play a critical role in connecting potential participants with groundbreaking clinical research studies that help bring new treatments to patients around the world.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, healthcare administration, scheduling, patient registration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone screens with potential study participants
  • Explain study details, procedures, and requirements in a clear and professional manner
  • Review questionnaires and assess initial study eligibility
  • Schedule screening appointments for qualified participants
  • Accurately document participant information within recruitment databases
  • Return voicemail messages and respond to participant inquiries
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate next steps
  • Collaborate with recruitment and clinical teams to meet study enrollment goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and high standards of data accuracy
