Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Recent hands-on experience performing blood draws/phlebotomy.
• Comfortable using basic computer and software applications.
• Flexible availability with the ability to travel locally/regional distances (up to 90 miles).
• Reliable transportation, internet access, and mobile phone required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience performing blood draws on pediatric patients ages 2–20, particularly those with developmental and/or cognitive disorders, strongly preferred.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Prior clinical research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits with clinical trial patients.
• Collect clinical data and biological samples to support the safety and efficacy evaluation of investigational treatments.
• Perform nursing procedures and protocol-related activities, including blood draws/phlebotomy, vital signs collection, urine specimen collection, medication administration (as required), and subcutaneous injections (when applicable).
• Accurate labeling, handling, and shipment of specimens.
• Document adverse events (AEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and Mental Health (MH) reviews accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain compliance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and nursing standards.
