About The Position

This role owns the trial sites end-to-end, from identification through activation, protocol training for the site teams, and patient follow-through to the end. The position is field-based and home-based across PA, NJ, NY, and CT. The role involves both investigational and post-approval trial work.

Requirements

• Cardiac or cardiology device experience.
• Clinical research background with site-level trial work.
• Technically fluent (though implanters and proctors handle implantation).
• Degree in life sciences, nursing, or biomedical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify, activate, and manage trial sites across the territory.
• Train investigators and site research teams on the protocol.
• Drive patient recruitment alongside coordinators and physicians.
• Follow patients through study completion.
• Keep sites aligned to GCP, ISO, and 21 CFR requirements.
