About The Position
The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to play a key role in shaping the agency's clinical training series. This role focuses on evidence-based models such as MI, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, ARC, and others as required by CHD contracts. The specialist will collaborate with internal and external experts to create learning experiences that emphasize practical application in real-world scenarios. Given CHD's diverse workforce, effective communication with staff from various backgrounds is crucial. The role also involves partnering with the Director of Learning and Development to design and implement "train-the-trainer" programs for sustainability and expansion, and collaborating with the technology department to establish professional learning communities for ongoing post-training support.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a clinical field
- License or license-eligible is preferred.
