About The Position
The Recovery Village Indianapolis is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in a residential treatment setting. As part of a national behavioral healthcare network, the team works together to create a supportive environment for both patients and staff. This role leverages proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation, allowing more time for patient care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
- Licensed or pre-licensed required
- LCAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor)
- APC (Associate Professional Counselor)
- LMSW (Licensed Master's Social Worker)
- AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist)
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- CPR and BFA Certification required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
