Outpatient Clinical Therapist - Northwest Clinic (Full-Time)
About The Position
Pine Rest is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, counseling, and treatment services for individuals receiving behavioral health care. In this role, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, deliver evidence-based therapy, and help patients build the skills and support needed for recovery. This is a salaried (Exempt) W-2 position with pay based on licensure and experience, and potential to earn additional income through a quarterly bonus plan. It offers flexible schedule arrangements and is an office-based work environment with a comprehensive benefits package available. Paid Conference Days, Professional Growth Dollars and Malpractice Insurance are covered at no cost to the employee.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current full Michigan licensure as an LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent clinical license
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- DBT-Intensive (DBT-I) training
- Experience working with children and adolescents
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination
- Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered treatment environment
