About The Position

Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy is seeking several licensed clinicians for full-time positions. This role involves providing on-site clinical counseling services, integrating body and mind approaches to treat trauma, PTSD, attachment and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and family concerns. The practice utilizes models such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Authentic Movement, EMDR, and Hakomi. Clinicians will receive training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and engage in bi-weekly supervision. The position offers a supportive team environment, flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for creativity, with an average compensation of $65-90/hr based on commission and caseload growth. Therapists are expected to be available for at least 25 clinical hours per week, with sessions referred and scheduled by the Center.

Requirements

Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD, PCLC, SWLC.
Master’s Degree in counseling
Active, unrestricted license in Montana (copy required).
At least three years of trauma-informed psychotherapy experience.
Proficient in anxiety and trauma treatment.
Commitment to MCSP in both time and energy.

Completed some self-study in somatic approaches.
Prefer working within a team over solo private practice.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site clinical counseling services to patients.
Act as Clinician and Biller for assigned patients in Therapynotes.
Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours.
Meet with, evaluate, and provide services to patients.
Communicate with a patient’s treatment team as needed.
Complete written records for each patient in a timely fashion (by Friday of each week), including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, and contract notes.
Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner.
Be respectful, cooperative, and collaborative with co-workers.
Demonstrate passion for collaboration and supporting team members’ growth and learning.
Be available to conduct at least 20 patient sessions per week, with 25 open slots.
Engage in bi-weekly supervision.
