About The Position

Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Ephrata, PA, Keystone Retreat is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care. We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate at least 20 hours per week of therapeutic group programming alongside individual sessions and clinical treatment planning.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania clinical license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• LSW or LAPC is acceptable, provided you also hold a CAADC
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
• Provide case management and coordinate care with the treatment team
