Requirements

Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Willing to consider licensure candidates or those with additional training if not fully licensed.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field required.
Approved to supervise clinical staff.
2+ years of experience working with substance use and/or mental health disorders.
Strong knowledge of clinical systems, supervision, operations, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee outpatient clinical admissions, including assessments and preliminary treatment planning for new clients.
Provide clinical intervention during crisis situations and address emergent client needs.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of psychosocial assessments, clinical notes, and master treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services as assigned.
Review client records for quality and completeness.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and participate in quality assurance and utilization review activities.
Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations and program success.
