This W2 employed position offers a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, ranging from $125,000 to $160,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Psychologists are a critical part of the clinical team, providing evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at clinics nationwide and through digital health telemedicine. The role involves a mix of testing and therapy.

Requirements

Fully licensed or already in the process of licensure in WA state
Experienced with caring for children, adolescents or across the lifespan
Graduated from an APA accredited doctoral program
Ability to perform a mix of therapy and assessments

Responsibilities

Provide evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues.
Conduct mental health assessments and testing.
Deliver therapy services.
Work in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at clinics and through digital health telemedicine.
