About The Position

Responsible for providing initial and on-going IT Help Desk support (including X-ray machines) for all clinic Team Members either working at the clinics or from home.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one (1) year of previous Support/Help Desk experience required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests from non-urgent requests
  • Ability to stay organized
  • Ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots computer or X-ray related issues in a timely manner
  • Explains technology issues to non-technical clinic staff
  • Troubleshoots Patient Management System issues
  • Sets-up and maintains computer equipment as needed
  • Coordinates with and provides escalation support to the Smile Doctors Help Desk
  • Provides weekly updates to Director, Clinical Technology on tickets/requests
