About The Position

Inova Alexandria Hospital – Intermediate Care Unit is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. This role will be Full-Time, working Days from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with varying days, and rotating weekends & holidays. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds.

Responsibilities

Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
Must be available six (6) for non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM), Virtual training modules, Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total), On-unit shifts.
May perform additional duties as assigned
